Molly Graw proudly comes from a multigenerational military family, and her love for exploring new places and connecting with diverse people truly defines her. After settling in beautiful Hermosa Beach in the late 1980s, she graduated from Redondo Union High School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Humanities from the University of Utah. Since embarking on her real estate career in 1997, Molly became a Broker Associate the very next year—showcasing her commitment to excellence. Her enthusiasm for real estate shines through, and it's no surprise that she consistently earns the title of Top Producer.

Molly has also enriched her expertise with specialized qualifications, such as Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA), and Seller Representative Specialist Designation (SRS). Her clients appreciate her exceptional customer service, in-depth industry knowledge, and impressive negotiation skills, which have fostered a loyal clientele and abundant referrals.

Living and working in the vibrant Beach Cities alongside her husband, a local Manhattan Beach native, Molly is dedicated to her community. They enjoy watching their two adult sons thrive in college while actively volunteering and celebrating the spirit of their neighborhood.
