ABOUT ME

Raised in a multigenerational military family Molly Graw embraces learning new places and meeting new faces. After moving to Hermosa Beach in the late '80s and graduating from Redondo Union High School she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Utah. Molly quickly earned her Real Estate Salesperson license in '97 and became a Broker Associate one year later.

Molly has a strong passion for the industry and is routinely awarded the honor of Top Producer. She has strengthened her knowledge of the industry through the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA), and Seller Representative Specialist Designation (SRS) designations. Her clients describe her as having a high level of customer service and real estate knowledge, of being a skillful negotiator, and of taking great pride in what she does. Her enthusiastic approach to working with individuals and families alike has resulted in repeat clients and numerous referrals over the years.

Molly and her husband, a Manhattan Beach native, have strong ties to the community; living, working, and owning-operating businesses throughout the Beach Cities. Their two boys are active in sports and school. Both Molly and her husband enjoy volunteering and celebrating their wonderful community.
